Role


Who you are

  • 7+ years of industry experience with Android development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Expert-level knowledge in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Flow, Coroutines, Gradle, Networking, Android Lifecycle
  • Experience with complex data modeling and working with an agile development methodology featuring sprints, points estimation, and daily standups
  • Familiarity with version control systems and code merging/branching; specific experience with git desirable
  • Prior experience working at an innovative technology consulting firm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration and driving results
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirables

  • Experience in the Point-of-Sale space
  • Knowledge of a distributed database system like Couchbase, Firebase, Ditto, etc.
  • Experience with cloud services and integrations

  • As the Lead Android App Developer, you will be at the forefront of our mobile development efforts
  • You will lead the design and development of our Android applications, overseeing the technical direction of projects and mentoring a team of engineers
  • This role involves collaborating with Stakeholders, Product Owners, Designers, Analysts, and Enterprise Architects, setting technical standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions
