• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience with React Native and familiarity with React Web.
• Proven experience as a tech lead on projects, with a track record of launching products and leading teams.
• Excellent written communication skills, essential for thriving in a remote work environment.

Desirables

• Experience in mentorship and developing junior engineers.
• Knowledge of Tailwind.css and Node.js on TypeScript.
• Curiosity and passion for exploring emerging technologies and experimenting with fresh ideas.

What the job involves

• Take ownership of the development of mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web interfaces using React Native and React Web.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to provide delightful user product experiences.
• Iterate rapidly, test hypotheses, and refine features based on user feedback.
• Take an active role in hiring and building out the front-end development team, identifying talent needs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members.
• Help set the foundation for our engineering culture and grow with the company. Have impact beyond your engineering work.
