Day to day
- Lead the engineering team responsible for Platform Architecture and Shared Services across the product ecosystem.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to uncover bottlenecks and implement meaningful improvements.
- Own the engineering roadmap for the Platform team while modernizing architecture from monolith to services-oriented systems.
- Coach and mentor direct reports while partnering with senior leaders Product Management UX and Tech Leads to drive innovation and technical excellence.
