Requirements
- 5+ years QA experience within SaaS products
- Strong manual testing experience
- Strong test automation experience
- Experience testing APIs
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience owning quality for complex web applications
- Experience with one or more of Playwright Cypress Selenium or TestCafe
- Experience with Postman Swagger/OpenAPI or REST APIs
- Experience with SQL Server PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Ability to write queries compare datasets validate business calculations and investigate data discrepancies

Day to day
- Drive quality across a growing SaaS platform through hands-on manual testing automation and API validation.
- Design and improve scalable QA processes risk-based test strategies and quality metrics that raise release confidence and production stability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Developers Customer Success teams and leadership to review requirements triage bugs and validate complex workflows.
