- 4+ years of experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or technical consulting supporting enterprise SaaS or AI sales
- Knowledge and experience within banking financial services AI SaaS lending or credit industries
- Proven ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos for complex enterprise requirements
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders across all seniority levels
- Strong understanding of how to qualify and translate customer pain points into solution alignment
- Highly organized with a disciplined proactive approach to managing multiple complex opportunities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel 15–25%

Day to day
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer needs and requirements
- Design tailored solution approaches and deliver persuasive product demonstrations for enterprise banks and fintechs
- Partner closely with Account Executives Product Engineering and Customer Success to guide opportunities through technical validation and successful handoff
