- Proven execution of discovery solution design PoC delivery and deal-winning
- Fluency with REST and WebSocket APIs auth patterns OAuth and JWT webhook architecture and integration debugging
- Experience designing complex integrations for fintechs banks or neobanks
- Strong knowledge transfer skills for implementation handoff
- Clear structured communication across discovery design review and handoff debrief
- Experience writing RFPs and documenting solution approaches

- Crypto domain knowledge
- Embedded finance experience
- Hands-on with AI development tools
Day to day
- Run technical discovery with prospective customers and map their architecture constraints and compliance needs to the product suite
- Design tailored solutions spanning existing offerings customizations bespoke integrations and hands-on codebase work
- Scope build and present proof-of-concepts that demonstrate feasibility and help win deals
- Own structured handoffs to Implementation through solution design docs PoCs and knowledge transfer sessions
- Execute and improve pre-sales playbooks discovery frameworks solution templates PoC standards and handoff runbooks
