Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in health safety and environmental HSE management
- OSHA certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental standards
- Ability to work independently in a matrixed regional environment
- Experience supporting ISO certification processes preferred
- Data analysis and reporting skills including Excel
- Experience with HSE systems and tools
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Day to day
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for HSE compliance across North and Latin America, ensuring sites meet safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage environmental permits end-to-end, including applications renewals and compliance tracking, while strengthening incident reporting hazard tracking and safety observation tools.
- Drive internal audits ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 readiness corrective action follow-up training and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to elevate compliance and operational excellence.
