Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Information Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Platform
- Expertise in SAP IAS IPS People Analytics or SAP CPI
- SAP Certified Associate Implementation Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core C_THR81
- Professional level English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
- Spanish and French knowledge
Day to day
- Serve as the primary owner of the Employee Central module and safeguard data standards and configuration documentation
- Customize and configure the system to align with functional specifications and improve HR processes
- Lead deployment projects for new features enhancements and release changes across the SAP HXM ecosystem
