Requirements
- Deep coding expertise with scalable distributed systems on AWS
- Proven production experience with agentic AI systems
- Technical leadership experience and ability to influence architecture
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
- Full stack capability with React TypeScript and Tailwind is a plus
- Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph is welcome

Day to day
- Lead technical architecture and design across two squads to shape scalable maintainable software
- Build agentic AI features tools integrations and workflows that expand the Data Productivity Cloud
- Stay current with Gen AI advances by trialling new models tools and approaches and feeding insights into strategy
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews design input and hands-on guidance
- Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science to turn product vision into technical reality
