Requirements
- Deep coding expertise with scalable distributed systems on AWS
- Proven production experience with agentic AI systems
- Technical leadership experience influencing architecture and mentoring engineers
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Java
- Full stack capability with React TypeScript and Tailwind is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Langchain or Langgraph is welcome
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and fast change

Day to day
- Lead technical architecture and design across two squads to define direction and ensure scalable maintainable software at pace
- Build agentic AI features tools integrations and workflows that expand what the Data Productivity Cloud can do
- Stay current with Gen AI developments by trialling new models tools and approaches and feeding insights into team strategy
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews design input and hands-on guidance
- Work closely with Product and Data Science to turn product vision into technical reality while balancing innovation and delivery pace
