Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in product analysis business analysis and/or product management in an agile environment
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering drafting user stories backlog refinement and story mapping
- Strong understanding of software applications enterprise architecture data analytics and APIs
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in an agile or hybrid environment
- Strong capability in planning scheduling dependency management and risk mitigation
- Experience balancing scope timeline and stakeholder expectations in fast-paced environments
- Ability to drive execution while maintaining alignment to product vision and strategic goals
- Experience working with distributed and global teams coordinating across time zones
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks Scrum Kanban SAFe and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences

Day to day
- Develop innovative AI frameworks that improve knowledge discovery research and content synthesis
- Translate complex research use cases into intuitive user-friendly product solutions and delivery plans
- Own end-to-end project coordination across squads stakeholders and workstreams to keep initiatives on time within scope and aligned to strategy
