Requirements

  • Senior/Staff level proven Golang development experience in a leading ownership role
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization and ability to solve hard problems independently
  • Experience with ASTs and AST transformations
  • Experience writing performant low GC Go code and benchmarking Go code
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fully remote environment
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
  • Ability to work within the CET time zone

Day to day

  • Develop and maintain the open-source Cosmo Router code base in Golang with a focus on low GC performance.
  • Build new Router capabilities such as Open Federation and additional data sources while collaborating closely with engineering teammates.
  • Improve performance security stability telemetry and batching in a complex GraphQL compilation and execution engine.
  • Troubleshoot issues analyze open-source contributions and run internal penetration tests to strengthen product quality.
