Day to day
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers designers and engineers to ship technically complex high-impact products and services
- Translate user needs policy requirements and engineering realities into strategy roadmap and prioritized backlog
- Make product decisions using fluency in architecture APIs and data systems while balancing engineering tradeoffs with user and business value
- Manage scope priorities and delivery from research through MVP to scalable sustainable solutions
- Use data feedback and government partnership to refine strategy navigate constraints and enable delivery
