Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showing interaction design and systems thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Deep expertise in end-to-end customer workflows
- Highly proficient with design and prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams
- Ability to use AI in the design process
- Awareness of emerging AI and search technologies
- Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end
- Experience mentoring and developing other designers
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Highly curious thoughtful and driven
- Financial services investment workflows or data-heavy SaaS experience is a plus

Day to day
- Lead strategic design initiatives that translate complex data-rich problems into intuitive high-quality experiences
- Create end-to-end workflows prototypes and interaction models that communicate product vision and align stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product Engineering and AI teams to shape scalable AI-native experiences grounded in user needs
- Mentor other designers contribute to the design system and raise craft consistency across the product
