Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years of mobile application development experience with deep iOS specialization
- Expert-level mastery of Swift with strong understanding of performance and idiomatic design
- Proven experience defining architecture for large-scale mobile platforms across multiple teams
- Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL and scalable mobile data access patterns
- Deep command of TCA including shared state patterns performance optimization and modular decomposition
- Exceptional ability to lead without authority and influence technical direction through credibility
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Day to day
- Define and own the multi-year technical vision for the iOS platform, shaping architecture principles and engineering standards that scale across the company.
- Lead design of next-generation mobile frameworks and foundational systems with a focus on performance, resilience, extensibility, and long-term platform health.
- Partner with product, design, data, and backend leaders to align roadmaps, resolve complex architectural trade-offs, and drive strategic mobile outcomes.
- Serve as the top technical authority for iOS, mentor senior engineers, and set the engineering bar for quality, testing, and architectural integrity.
