Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience in high-growth or dynamic environments
  • Investment banking or private equity owned software company experience preferred
  • Strong command of full-statement financials including balance sheet and cash flow dynamics
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR NRR and gross retention
  • Advanced financial modeling analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues end to end
  • Extreme ownership mentality and strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence in finance functions

Day to day

  • Drive company-wide planning forecasting and re-forecasting cycles with cross-functional partners
  • Build and maintain long-range financial models that translate strategic initiatives into quantified outcomes
  • Prepare executive and board reporting that explains variances trends and recommended actions
  • Support investor relations M&A diligence benchmarking and integration planning with rigorous financial analysis
  • Champion AI tools and automation to improve FP&A speed accuracy and scalability
