Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Information Technology or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same function
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules
- Professional level English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Spanish and French are a plus

Day to day
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules with a strong focus on Performance & Goals Succession & Development and Onboarding.
- Map current and future state processes and configure the system to align with business policies HR needs and best practices.
- Work closely with global business leaders and HR teams conduct workshops provide training and deliver ongoing support while managing upgrades testing and release activities.
