What the job involves

  • Help build a customer-first support process.
  • Address customer issues across multiple channels including email, Slack, and ZenDesk.
  • Influence the direction of our product by tracking and communicating customer needs.
  • Work directly with customers on key architecture questions and challenges.
  • Resolve technical issues using problem-solving skills and escalate when necessary.
  • Become a specialist in product features and troubleshoot through testing and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the support ecosystem.
  • Take the lead on developing and improving support processes.
