Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure preferably Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Strong understanding of web application security
- Strong understanding of web and API scalability and performance
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- Experience with build and release pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working within a live cloud environment

Day to day
- Lead the design build and operation of cloud infrastructure platform services and ops tooling that support live services and engineering teams.
- Own and improve monitoring alerting incident response and post-incident reviews to keep production systems reliable and actionable.
- Investigate complex issues across application infrastructure data and networking and deliver durable fixes automation and production readiness improvements.
