Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of professional IT experience
- Subject matter expert knowledge of Active Directory and Azure including Microsoft 365 services and cloud and on-premises integration
- Mid-level knowledge of Windows Server 2016 2019 and 2022
- Mid-level knowledge of core infrastructure services including DNS DHCP IIS Group Policies and File Services
- Working knowledge of highly available network solutions across multiple data centers
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and security regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH

Day to day
- Provides senior-level support for Microsoft systems and services in a hybrid environment, ensuring stability and secure operations.
- Supports Windows Server infrastructure and core services while troubleshooting complex issues across cloud and on-premises platforms.
- Leads monitoring analysis, proactive remediation, and knowledge transfer to reduce downtime and support enterprise projects.
