Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience or 6 years in lieu of degree
- Experience recruiting technical talent across engineering disciplines or non-technical business production operations supply chain roles
- Experience using Workday Recruiting Eightfold or similar ATS platforms
- Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance

Day to day
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting for assigned roles, guiding sourcing screening interview support selection and offer activities
- Partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategies align expectations and advise on interview and evaluation decisions
- Build talent pipelines assess candidate fit track recruiting metrics and ensure accurate ATS data while supporting a seamless candidate experience
