Requirements
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced scaling technology company
- Recruiting experience across multiple functions including Engineering Data Science Sales Marketing Client Success or Finance
- Greenhouse ATS experience preferred
- Strong sourcing screening interviewing and closing skills in hypergrowth environments
- Experience handling candidate questions about compensation benefits PTO and immigration
- Strong data and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in using data and technology to improve processes
- Highly organized resourceful and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Curious coachable and able to implement feedback
- Low ego with strong ownership of outcomes

Day to day
- Own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across the organization and manage searches from kickoff to close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements create scorecards and align on hiring outcomes.
- Source screen interview and engage candidates across multiple channels while delivering a responsive high-quality candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate ATS data prepare managers for interviews drive timely decisions and continuously improve the recruiting process.
