Requirements

  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced scaling technology company
  • Recruiting experience across multiple functions including Engineering Data Science Sales Marketing Client Success or Finance
  • Greenhouse ATS experience preferred
  • Strong sourcing screening interviewing and closing skills in hypergrowth environments
  • Experience handling candidate questions about compensation benefits PTO and immigration
  • Strong data and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in using data and technology to improve processes
  • Highly organized resourceful and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Curious coachable and able to implement feedback

Day to day

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across the organization and manage searches from kickoff to close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements create scorecards and align on hiring outcomes.
  • Source screen interview and engage candidates across multiple channels while delivering a responsive high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data prepare managers for interviews drive timely decisions and continuously improve the recruiting process.
