- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate RPO or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience recruiting engineering manufacturing operations sales and technical disciplines
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong service orientation toward internal and external customers
- Knowledge of talent acquisition and hiring processes
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR partners
- Ability to work independently and escalate critical issues appropriately
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of employment and talent acquisition laws and regulations
- Technical aptitude for ATS MS Office AI and online resources
- Ability to travel up to 10-15%

Day to day
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried positions from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to define requirements and recruiting strategies
- Source passive candidates conduct screenings facilitate interviews and build talent pipelines
- Drive process improvement candidate experience and employment branding across talent acquisition activities
