Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience including at least 3 years in Employee Relations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Psychology or related field preferred
- SHRM certification preferred with PHR or SPHR also valued
- Strong knowledge of employee relations compliance and general HR principles
- Deep understanding of U.S. employment law EEO ADA FMLA and related state laws
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and recommend practical solutions
- Skilled in workplace investigations negotiation and conflict management
- Strong consulting influencing presentation interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to travel within the Bank’s footprint as needed

Day to day
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on teammate relations issues with fairness and compliance
- Coach managers on documentation feedback conversations and progressive discipline to support sound decisions
- Conduct objective investigations resolve accommodation requests and identify policy or process improvements that strengthen the teammate experience
