Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience including at least 3 years in Employee Relations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Psychology or related field preferred
  • SHRM certification preferred with PHR or SPHR also valued
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations compliance and general HR principles
  • Deep understanding of U.S. employment law EEO ADA FMLA and related state laws
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and recommend practical solutions
  • Skilled in workplace investigations negotiation and conflict management
  • Strong consulting influencing presentation interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Ability to travel within the Bank’s footprint as needed

  • Coach managers on documentation feedback conversations and progressive discipline to support sound decisions
  • Conduct objective investigations resolve accommodation requests and identify policy or process improvements that strengthen the teammate experience
