  • Experience managing and configuring Windows Server (2016 and later).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to Microsoft IIS version 8 and above.
  • Experience with supporting software within Windows networked environments.

Day to day

  • Support the Implementation Manager in project and support tasks.
  • Provide training to implementation team members.
  • Provide technical support across various customer cases.
  • Customize and configure products to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct system and regression testing.
