Who you are
- Recent experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and later) and Transact-SQL.
- Experience managing and configuring Windows Server (2016 and later).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Microsoft IIS version 8 and above.
- Experience with supporting software within Windows networked environments.

- Support the Implementation Manager in project and support tasks.
- Provide training to implementation team members.
- Provide technical support across various customer cases.
- Customize and configure products to meet client specifications.
- Conduct system and regression testing.
