 Support for Lenvi Riskfactor applications via remote, email, telephone, and occasional site visits.  Adhere to customer SLAs, response times, resolution times, and escalation paths.  Log and track support cases using Jira helpdesk.  Create, test, and deliver hotfixes and minor technical changes.  Provide technical consultancy and troubleshooting, including data analysis, data integrity checking, and system performance analysis.  Customize and configure Lenvi Riskfactor products to meet client requirements.  Conduct system, function, and regression testing using manual and automated test scripts.  Log defects via Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Team Foundation Server.  Create detailed test plans, execute test scripts, and document results. 

Remote Technical Consultant, UK

 Support the Implementation Manager in project and support tasks.  Provide training to implementation team members.  Provide technical support across various customer cases.  Customize and configure products to meet client specifications.  Conduct system and regression testing.
