Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience or relevant combination
- Salesforce Administrator certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Salesforce App Builder certification or Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment certification, or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Deploy configuration and data across Salesforce environments
- Experience in environment and release management (DevOps) and relevant tools/processes
- Manage tasks in multiple concurrent workstreams
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Adept use of Salesforce ecosystem tools
Nice to have
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Agile project methodology experience
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Passionate and enthusiastic team player
- Results-driven self-starter
Day to day
- Deploy components to SFDC environments and automate processes for efficient deliveries
- Advise on and implement environment strategies
- Streamline deployment processes, create environments and develop automation for acceleration
- Design and implement automated test suites for customer solutions
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery using technical skills and tools
