  • Strong communication skills and adeptness in technical and non-technical environments.
  • Capable of presenting to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in creating structures and managing changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

  • AAA game publishing experience
  • Experience with game console PC or mobile partners

Day to day

  • Own the vision and strategy for metagaming systems.
  • Evolve the strategy for capabilities required by studios and publishing teams.
  • Partner with game designers and studio engineers to understand and solve nuanced needs.
  • Align stakeholders to the vision and champion product and team needs.
  • Develop partnerships across 2K to extend capabilities and innovate new products.
  • Work with platform engineering and program management to deliver high-quality product increments.
