Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS
- Proven product management experience in Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features capabilities and limitations
- Proven track record designing deploying and optimizing AI and agentic solutions within Salesforce
- Familiarity with end-to-end customer lifecycle and operational automation
- Experience working closely with software engineers designers and technical teams
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications user stories and architectural diagrams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and subject matter expertise development

Day to day
- Lead the strategy and ongoing development of Aledade’s Salesforce platform with a strong focus on AI and agentic solutions.
- Partner closely with CRM engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate raw capabilities into scalable, high-value platform features.
- Shape roadmaps, gather requirements, write detailed user stories, and continuously optimize workflows using metrics and user feedback.
