Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience building or scaling technical products ideally in ambiguous environments
- Strong technical foundation with experience coding and collaborating closely with engineers to ship complex software

- Hands-on with code and tooling able to read PRs debug or prototype ideas
- Strong grasp of the evolving AI landscape including model advances agentic systems and full-stack architecture
- Ability to bridge research and implementation into practical product directions
- Comfort in ambiguity and ability to create structure and clarity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

Day to day
- Drive discovery experimentation and delivery to move Syft from concept toward product-market fit
- Conduct user research and go-to-market experiments to uncover workflows pain points and incentives
- Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to define build and iterate on deeply technical products
- Translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences and prototype flows to accelerate learning
- Identify meaningful signals from activation retention and mission alignment and use them to guide iteration
