Day to day
- Act as the Scrum Product Owner
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners for smooth software release
- Lead organizational and operational efficiency initiatives for customer experience enhancement
- Partner with leadership to develop and align high-impact business processes
- Formulate growth strategies with business rationales and risk assessments
- Collect and analyze data for insightful recommendations
- Develop methods to support innovation and change within the organization
