- 6+ years of product management experience in fintech payments lending or financial services platforms
- Experience owning onboarding activation or growth-focused initiatives with measurable business impact
- Strong technical fluency with APIs platform architecture and technical tradeoffs
- Ability to use data experimentation and business metrics to drive prioritization
- Experience with A/B testing cohort analysis and growth optimization frameworks
- Cross-functional experience with Risk Compliance Operations Design Analytics and Data Science
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities in onboarding and growth experiences

Day to day
- Lead and scale the technology behind customer onboarding and underwriting platforms
- Define platform strategy to improve sign-up loan approvals and activation while balancing risk
- Partner with Engineering Credit Fraud and Risk teams to deliver scalable compliant and performant capabilities
- Evaluate AI-enabled features automation and low-code solutions to improve onboarding experiences and operational efficiency
