  • Proven ownership of complex multi-track engineering programs with internal teams and external contractors
  • Technical fluency to understand architecture conversations and challenge timeline estimates
  • Experience managing platform migrations or maintenance-mode transition programs in live production environments
  • Strong async communication with executive-level status updates and detailed dependency maps
  • Comfortable building structure in ambiguity

Day to day

  • Own release planning and sprint coordination across internal engineering squads and external contractor teams
  • Track cross-team dependencies and keep multiple workstreams moving without blockers
  • Manage the KnotchOne platform delivery program including weekly releases maintenance sequencing and incident coordination
  • Lead the K1 transition and cloud-native migration as a formal program while bridging architecture decisions and day-to-day engineering execution
