Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
- 6 months experience with Genesys contact-centre platform
- PMP Certification preferred
- 5+ years project management experience in professional services environment
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, problem solve, and negotiate effectively
Nice to have
- PMP Certification
- CSM (Scrum Master) Certification
- Experience with Contact Centre platforms
Day to day
- Manage multiple large and medium-sized projects with international teams
- Understand clients' business needs and communicate effectively at all levels
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with customers
