Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience
- At least 5 years working directly with SDLC projects
- Proven experience managing product development projects using Agile Scrum methodologies
- Strong background as a Scrum Master in fast-paced SDLC environments
- Deep understanding of release management and continuous delivery practices
- Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders with confidence
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering on time within scope
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- FinTech or Wealth Management SaaS experience desirable but not essential

Day to day
- Oversee delivery of software product initiatives across the full SDLC, ensuring milestones, scope, and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive disciplined release management to support smooth deployments and post-release validation.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align teams, manage risks, and improve delivery practices.
