• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with 2+ years of full-cycle experience specializing in engineering recruiting in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets
• Expertise in using sourcing tools like Gem with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
• Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers to drive effective recruitment
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility with an ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
• Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools

What the job involves

• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a high-quality and top-notch candidate experience
• Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
• Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us hire quality talent at scale
• Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings email updates and reports
• Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
• Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
• Track goals metrics and performance of all recruiting efforts
• Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health’s recruiting efforts
