5+ years of technical recruiting experience with 2+ years of full-cycle experience specializing in engineering recruiting in high-growth environments
Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets
Expertise in using sourcing tools like Gem with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers to drive effective recruitment
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility with an ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
What the job involves
Execute the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a high-quality and top-notch candidate experience
Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us hire quality talent at scale
Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings email updates and reports
Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
Track goals metrics and performance of all recruiting efforts
Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health’s recruiting efforts
