- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technology-based roles such as Data Science and Big Data Engineers.
- Strong skills in using applicant tracking systems and understanding of market trends.
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment activities effectively.
- Experience with global recruitment focusing on North America is preferred.
