As a Technical Recruiter at The Friend Network, you’ll partner directly with TFN's founder, to identify and secure top talent for a range of fast-growing tech companies. You’ll collaborate with hiring leaders, including CEOs, CTOs, and Engineering Managers, to fill their most critical roles. This position demands a proactive and resourceful recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create customized recruitment strategies.Source Top Talent: Identify and engage qualified candidates through creative sourcing methods, building pipelines for critical engineering roles.Conduct Recruiter Screens: Perform initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit.Manage Candidate Relationships: Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.Advise and Strategize: Offer guidance to hiring teams on best practices in recruitment and hiring strategy.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally working with startups or scaling tech companies.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for engineering and technical roles.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
