Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, as well as the ability to assess technical aptitude
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Day to day
- Collaborate with CTOs and co-founders of startups to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical and cultural fit evaluations
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Partner with internal team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing recruiting team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to better inform recruitment strategies
