Who you are
Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, as well as the ability to assess technical aptitude
Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment

What the job involves
Collaborate with CTOs and co-founders of startups to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical and cultural fit evaluations
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Partner with internal team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing recruiting team
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to better inform recruitment strategies
