Day to day

  • Collaborate with CTOs and co-founders of startups to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical and cultural fit evaluations
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with internal team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing recruiting team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to better inform recruitment strategies
