Requirements
- At least 5 years as a full-cycle recruiter in a strategic hiring environment.
- Successfully identifying, selecting, and hiring competitive technical talent.
- Proven track record of delivering results against hiring goals.

- Experience recruiting for other domains like Data Science, Product, & Design.
Day to day
- You'll leverage and implement highly effective techniques and tools to uncover talent who will deliver results, become culture builders, and increase talent density within the Engineering organization.
- You will take ownership of the process by which talent is assessed ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
- You will partner with Compensation and Hiring Managers for competitive offers, sell those offers, and treat company resources as your own.
- You will proactively contribute to improving the hiring process by implementing new ideas, best practices, and influencing the business to set a gold standard for hiring.
