Who you are

  • 5+ years in tech support or software engineering
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Customer-facing soft skills including active listening, and empathy
  • Ability to read and follow code and GitHub commits
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Broad understanding of mobile devices, cloud computing, and networking
  • Preference for short projects with deep problem-solving
  • Technical expertise in MongoDB, SQL, Cloud computing, or Distributed databases

  • Help customers succeed using Ditto
  • Ensure developers and enterprises build mission-critical solutions
  • Build knowledge within the team and initiate organizational and process improvements
  • Advocate for customers' needs and debug problem reports
  • Be the primary technical expert for SDK and Cloud platform
  • Engage with senior leaders and coordinate resources
  • Resolve developer issues and communicate with Engineering
  • Write knowledge base articles to enable problem resolution
  • Aim for the highest customer satisfaction
