  • Minimum 4 years of experience in application development and support using Java C++ or C#.
  • Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and design with experience in Database technologies and multiple operating systems.

Day to day

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and customers to troubleshoot unique software solutions.
  • Interact with clients and partners supporting the Pega platform acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain exceptional customer relationships manage support incidents and drive proactive actions to avoid escalations.
