Requirements
- Must have hands-on experience with AWS S3 Cloud Storage
- AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification required
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 4+ years in technical support or network operations
- Experience with mission critical systems operating 24/7
- Proficient in Backup Software Applications using APIs & SDKs
- Understanding of Linux and networking protocols such as HTTP TCP/IP DNS TLS.
Day to day
- Assist enterprise customers with integrating their applications into Wasabi Cloud Storage
- Dive deep to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Engage with Wasabi Sales and Development engineers to enhance service offering
- Act as a technical leader within the support team.
