    What the job involves

    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts stakeholders and various teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and the documentation requirements
    • Perform gap analysis to determine where documents need to be created edited consolidated or retired
    • Conduct documentation audits
    • Set up documentation architecture
    • Create and edit documents to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
    • Coordinate reviews and approvals from clients and manage resulting changes
