Day to day
- Create, review, and improve AI-assisted drafts of technical content across user guides developer guides API references SDKs and code samples for multiple products and features.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to understand underlying technology target audiences and documentation needs while contributing to content strategy for complex content sets.
- Champion clarity accuracy and usability in documentation and advocate for users during feature development to improve workflows and product experience.
