Who you are

  • Engage with customers to map their business needs to the company's solutions while driving sales.
  • Act as a business process consultant to set the company apart.
  • Determine customer requirements and recommend specific products.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Present a professional image.
  • Perform follow-up calls to identify opportunities.
  • Perform product demonstrations.
  • Generate sales by providing product and technical information.
  • Ensure materials are presented correctly.
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments with clients.
  • Maintain CRM information.
  • Assist with quoting and approval of quotes.
  • Turn in KPI data sheet.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and on-boarding new agents.
  • Familiarity with Cloud and Unified Products and Services within 60 days.
  • Define sales strategy for growth and long-term success.
  • Build a sales funnel and close deals.
  • Manage funnel and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Establish a success plan focused on leads, forecasting, and partners.

What the job involves

  • The Enterprise Technical Consultant will work within high performing teams including Inside Sales, Sales Engineers, Channel Sales Reps and Management.
  • They will own the full scope of solutions within the new and existing customer base and seek out new applications and efficiencies within our client and partner base.
  • The primary objective is to grow business in technology segments including Transport Services, VoIP Services, Managed IT, and Premise Technologies through new sales.
