Requirements
- 10+ years in test automation and software testing
- Strong expertise validating complex software systems and releases
- Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium Playwright or TestNG
- Fluency in object-oriented programming languages especially Java or C#
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Proven experience leading testing efforts for large-scale software releases or cross-functional programs
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams manage priorities and drive execution to release timelines
- Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create and maintain accurate compliant documentation
- Experience in the medical device space is a plus

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end test planning and release readiness across multiple backend and platform services teams
- Define test scope strategy timelines and verification approaches for complex software releases
- Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts including API integration and regression testing while driving quality risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Software Development DevOps and stakeholders to track execution resolve blockers and improve scalable quality processes
