Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline
- 10+ years of professional IT experience
- 10+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Extensive experience leading User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience creating Test Strategies Test Plans RTMs Test Cases Test Reports and Release Readiness documentation
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Jira
- Experience designing complex testing scenarios
- Experience performing regression and integration testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG
- Knowledge of security and performance testing concepts
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for software quality

Day to day
- Lead comprehensive test strategy and planning for the State-Based Marketplace implementation project, ensuring coverage across requirements, integrations, data, and release readiness.
- Execute and oversee UAT, regression, integration, exploratory, accessibility, security, load, and performance testing while managing test data and validating environments.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, vendors, and project managers to triage defects, report metrics, and support Go/No-Go decisions.
