Requirements
- Advanced Linux System Administration knowledge (installation, administration, troubleshooting, upgrade) - MUST
- TCP/IP networking knowledge
- Knowledge in SAN and NAS storage
- Scripting experience in one or more languages (e.g. bash, Python)
- Strong technical knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies - an advantage
- Experience with containers/dockers and related technologies – an advantage
- VCE Certification – an advantage
- Administration level backup expertise – an advantage
- Previous experience as a Tier 3/4 Support - an advantage
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of organization and customer base
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a team player
- Ability to multi-task
- UK residency/citizenship
- Security clearance – an advantage
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays when needed

Day to day
- Troubleshoot complex field issues as part of Development Support team
- Interact directly with INFINIDAT customers and developers to improve product
- Provide technical assistance and support for the most complex field issues
