Remote Senior Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer Job in London, UK Infinidat

Who you are

• Advanced Linux System Administration knowledge (installation, administration, troubleshooting, upgrade) - MUST
• TCP/IP networking knowledge
• Knowledge in SAN and NAS storage
• Scripting experience in one or more languages (e.g. bash, Python)
• Strong technical knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies - an advantage
• Experience with containers/dockers and related technologies – an advantage
• VCE Certification – an advantage
• Administration level backup expertise – an advantage
• Previous experience as a Tier 3/4 Support - an advantage
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of organization and customer base
• Ability to work on own initiative and be a team player
• Ability to multi-task
• UK residency/citizenship
• Security clearance – an advantage
• Willingness to work during weekends and holidays when needed
