Requirements
- Must reside in the continental United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required
- 8+ years of front-end development experience with strong TypeScript skills
- Experience designing reusable composable UI components
- Strong API design skills for both client-side frameworks and backend data flows
- Experience building framework-agnostic UI architecture that can interoperate with tools like React
- Ability to think across both UX flows and underlying data models

Day to day
- Design reusable and composable UI components with clear contracts and boundaries
- Stay hands-on in TypeScript by building patterns reviewing code and pairing with developers
- Architect data-driven declarative UI flows that keep complex live-updating apps predictable
- Design and maintain the framework and SDK API surface used by application developers
- Build framework-agnostic UI foundations that interoperate cleanly with major frameworks like React
- Create abstractions that scale across many applications and use cases
- Ensure performance and responsiveness with large dynamic datasets
- Mentor developers and raise the overall front-end architecture capability of the team
